Shipping is $7.50 for orders of one book. Additional books on the same order, add $5.00 per book. Orders to the US and Canada are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise marked. Prices for UPS Blue and UPS Red are valid only for shipments within the US.

Orders outside the US and Canada are shipped via Book Rate, Surface Mail unless otherwise marked. Call for special arrangements.
